Joy is a former financial adviser turned finance broker, with over 15 years of experience helping people make confident financial decisions. Her career has spanned several boutique financial planning practices and, more recently, eight years with Mercer Super/Mercer Financial Advice. There, she held a range of advisory and member education roles, from superannuation guidance to holistic strategic advice, and delivered seminars and webinars for organizations including Woodside, Chevron and Alcoa. Along the way, she's had the privilege of meeting and supporting people at different stages of their financial journey — helping them make informed decisions with greater confidence and clarity. Joy believes every financial decision starts with understanding a client's goals, aspirations, and what matters most to them. She's passionate about making finance feel approachable, and empowering clients with the knowledge and confidence to move forward with clarity.
