How It Works
Refer a Friend: Fill out the quick form below with your details and your friend's contact info.
We Handle the Rest: We’ll help them navigate their residential or investment loan journey (whether buying or refinancing).
You Both Get Rewarded: Once their loan formally settles, you both receive a $100 digital gift card!
A Few Things to Note
Residential Loans Only: Applies to owner-occupied and investment purchases or refinances.
Double the Rewards: One $100 gift card for you, and one $100 gift card for your friend.
No Limits: Refer as many friends as you like—there is no cap on rewards.
Issued at Settlement: Digital gift cards are sent via email by the end of the month in which the loan settles.
Because the greatest compliment we can receive is your recommendation—thank you for helping us support more people on their property journey.
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
- To be eligible for a referral reward, the referred client must be a new client to Lendfrend and not currently engaged in an active loan application with us.
- Minimum loan amount is $500,000.
Campaign Period
- The refer-a-friend campaign is ongoing until suspended or concluded by Lendfrend.
How to Participate
- To participate in the referral program, clients must submit a referral via the contact form on this landing page.
Referral Rewards
- Upon successful settlement of eligible residential loans (owner-occupied or investment purchases and refinances, the referrer will receive a $100 digital gift card.
- The referred client will also receive a $100 digital gift card.
- Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
- Gift cards will be issued electronically via email by the end of the month in which the loan settles.
- There is no limit to the number of successful referrals a client may make.
- A separate reward will be issued for each successful referral that meets the eligibility criteria.
General Conditions
- Lendfrend reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Referral Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
